Well, if you can get out on that one nice day per week, there are some Chinook to be found. Thrasher, the Grande and Entrance are producing some nice keepers mixed in with the undersized Chinook. The standards are working, Killy Magee and Mongoose spoons, or the T-Rex hoochie. Clyde and Del caught two nice Chinook off Entrance today fishing at 200 feet with small plugs.
Prawning is more variable, but still worthwhile. Try the 350 foot depth off Rowboat with tuna cat food as bait.
  Good fishing!
